James and Christie

Seems like David has found some way to pass on influences to his baby sibling while in utero!  Christie is now 5 days overdue, and nothing much is happening.  The only good news is that we won’t be having to wait for 12 days (like David) to meet this one – Christie is scheduled to be induced on Tuesday morning…early.

However, we’re still hoping and praying that it will all happen naturally before that as inducing is not happy fun times at all!  So, all you out there reading this, feel free to pray along with us if you like!    I believe St Gerard is the patron saint of expectant mothers if you need some guidance. 

Other than waiting for baby, we’ve been playing the unpacking-and-moving-in-game, which is physically harder – for me anyway – than the waiting game.  We’ve moved the garden shed, unpacked the bedrooms, unpacked the living room and kitchen…and pushed everything upstairs into the office/dumping ground.  So, as time passes, we can get more settled – thank Heaven for small mercies I guess.
