What a day!  After a Herculean effort by Christie – superhero even! – our new baby girl was born today at 3:30 p.m.  So, here’s a photo of

At 4.59kg (10 lb, 1 oz in the old country) she was quite well-cooked by the time she joined us all. :) She and Christie are doing well (thanks be to God!) but still in hospital tonight and probably tomorrow night as well. They’re not up for visitors at this stage, but we’ll let you know when our new princess will be holding court. :)

Our thanks goes out to all our friends and family for your love, prayers and support – it has meant a lot to us! Thank you very much.

I’m going to bed now. :) Will post more over the coming days as I can. :)
