Oh yeah…the blog!
To say I forgot that we have a blog is not entirely accurate. It’s more that with everything going on, and with my regular updates to Facebook, I kinda forgot to update the blog assuming that everyone was up to speed with what was going on in our lives from the other channels.
My bad. 
So, what news? Well, Sarah is doing really well. She is earning a few nicknames already, including “Sarah Bear”, “Princess” and, most recently, “Pumpkin” – due to her slightly orange hair and one of her outfits which says “Daddy’s little pumpkin” (photo to follow).
She also gets “Piglet” from time to time because of the amount of pink her mother dresses her in, and her cute little snorting and snuffling when she wants a feed. Which is often! Which is good. She is putting on weight, and taking to the bottle with what can only be described as moderate gusto. She’s also smiling and cooing which is great to see and hear.
The little princess is also sleeping. A lot. Which is…um…what’s the word….oh yeah….FANTASTIC!!! She’s almost sleeping through the night now, and considering the rough start to feeding etc, we’re counting ourselves very blessed!
David is being a great big brother, kissing and cuddling Sarah a lot, and sharing his toys, putting on shows, and showing her off left and right. It’s all very cute.
I keep promising photos – and they are coming – but we’re still finishing off the unpacking and computer network reconfiguring, so if you want some instant gratification, you’ll need to check out my Facebook page because I can post shots to there straight from my phone. But I will update the library here as soon as I can.
